Catalina Cottage on Lake Macquarie
This freshly renovated cottage offers idyllic waterfront accommodation for up to seven people, or a romantic getaway for two. Landscaped gardens and a private grassy lawn to the water's edge offer privacy and tranquillity.
The spacious living area and large outdoor decks overlook the waters of Lake Macquarie. Inside, polished floors and a log fire promise carefree days and relaxing evenings. All bedrooms and living areas open onto the deck and have outstanding 180 degree views over the water.
There is excellent fishing, swimming and boating from the private jetty, and the restaurants and clubs of Lake Macquarie are close at hand.
Features
The air conditioned cottage has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with polished timber floors, large timber decks with a gas barbecue, a spa-bathroom, and a private deep water jetty with mooring facilities. The log fire will be laid ready for you to light, and firewood will be re-stocked for you during your stay.
The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom can be made up for twin-single or a standard-length king-size bed. The living room has a double sofabed and a single sofabed, both of which pack away neatly during the day. Surfskis, lifejackets and fishing lines are provided.
The optional linen package provides freshly laundered Laura Ashley and Actil hotel-quality bedlinen, and Sheridan bathtowels, handtowels and bathmat.

Guest feedback:
"This is an excellent place to stay. Owners are fantastic and I cannot recommend them and their cottage highly enough. Beds were so comfortable we wanted to take them home. You won't be disappointed."
