This Apartment is in the luxury new complex known as the Paris Apartments. The Paris Apartments are ideally situated for both a relaxing holiday but still close to every convenience. The building overlooks the Swansea Channel (entrance to Lake Macquarie) while still being part of the Swansea Central Business District. It is all there and all within walking distance.

- Boat hire - Boats can be hired from Pelican marina (3.5km) or Squid's at Belmont South (6km). For the kids there are canoes and paddle bikes for hire at Warners Bay (15.5km).
- Cycle/Walking paths & tracks - There are walking paths in the area that start at your front door. You can head for the beach or stroll along the edge of the lake. If you are after adventure there is an abundance of native bush in the area to be explored.
- Beaches - Blacksmiths (2km), Caves Beach (3km)
- Fishing - Outside your front door is a jetty where you can throw in a line. (temporary fishing licences are available from the Dive shop downstairs. Pensioners and children under 16 do not require a fishing licence). There are numerous fishing spots around the lakes edge or you can hire a boat and head for deep water. - Scuba Diving - The Dive shop is located two doors up from the Paris Apartments. Contact them for Scuba Diving information.
- Golf - The Paris Apartments are located approximately (4km) from Belmont Golf Course

- The Caves - is a very popular restaurant at nearby Caves Beach (3km). Join the locals and have a ball.
- Turtle Restaurant is located in the complex and is open for breakfast. You can sit outside and continue to enjoy the view that you have experienced from your unit.
- Take away - Domino's Pizza (located downstairs), McDonald's (1km). Many other take away options at Belmont (6.5km)
