PROJECTS
Johnson Property Group six key projects are outlined below:

Trinity Point, Lake Macquarie
Located just 90 minutes north of Sydney and 30 minutes west of Newcastle on the shores of picturesque Lake Macquarie, Trinity Point is an exceptional project that will set new standards in residential living in one of the fastest-growing regions of NSW.

Trinity Point is a luxury residential estate featuring 196 homes, 150 apartments, a 188-berth marina, restaurants, cafes and outdoor dining facilities. The project also includes a 300-seat conference centre, serviced meeting rooms, public boardwalks and other community facilities.

Stages 1-4 of the project are complete with 85% of the available townhouses and land lots already sold. Current prices range from $188,000 to $738,000.

Vermont, Pitt Town, Sydney
The Vermont development in Pitt Town consists of three communities with a total of 645 lots. With prices ranging from $408,000 to $600,000, Vermont offers fantastic potential for buyers looking for a peaceful retreat 58 kilometres north-west of Australia’s most dynamic city, Sydney.

Located on the shores of the Hawkesbury River, the sites offer wide frontages and are close to schools, shops and golf clubs – making this a highly attractive location for investors and homeowners alike. Planned community amenities include boat launching and car parking facilities, a river walk and cycle way, Heritage Park, playgrounds, sports fields and a community centre.

The three communities consist of:
 • Riverlands, which offers 203 large lots of 2000+sqm situated on the Hawkesbury River, and is just a stroll to Pitt Town Village. Work on Stage 1 has begun and prices for the 32 lots start from $558,000.
 • Bona Vista, which includes of 246 prime riverside lots ranging from 650sqm to 2000sqm. With Stages 1, 2a, 2b sold out, Stage 3 is currently on the market.
 • Launching soon will be Fernville, a third and final community consisting of 196 lots located on the north edge of the Vermont community.

Watagan Park, Cooranbong
Watagan Park represents a fantastic lifestyle opportunity in the growing Morisset district just 50 minutes from Newcastle and 90 minutes from Sydney CBD. Situated at the foothills of the Watagan Mountains, there is a plethora of outdoor activities nearby, including bushwalks and bike trails as well as the more leisurely options of camping and picnics.

Planning permissions are in place for around 2,000 lots at Watagan Park, and planned community facilities include playing fields, a cricket pitch, netball courts, clubhouse, children’s playground, a skate park, community centre, cycle ways and parks. Approximately 90 hectares (more than 30%) of the site is set aside for ecological corridors and conservation purposes.

Precinct 1 is expected to launch soon and will consist of seven stages with a total of 182 lots.

Bellbird, Cessnock
Located on the doorstep of the picturesque Hunter Valley and its fabulous wineries is the proposed Bellbird development. The 1,600 lot development is situated in a prime position between Cessnock and Pokolbin offering a fantastic lifestyle within this significant wine growing district and coal mining centre, providing many employment and entertainment options.

Lot sizes are likely to range from 550sqm to 750sqm and the development is just 45 minutes west of Newcastle and 2 hours north of Sydney.

To further capitalise on the growth of the Hunter Valley, JPG Property is planning another superb development, Kitchener, also located near Cessnock. The development is just a short drive to top class golf courses, the stunning Watagan Mountains and the popular Hunter Valley vineyards.

The proposed 275 lots at Kitchener will range from 500 to 1000+sqm.
